Joanne is in charge of all the salon management and the administration that makes it all run so smoothly. It’s Joanne’s passion to make sure that all of our clients have a fabulous experience with us from the moment they are met at the door to the moment they leave us. She’s always full of ideas on ways we can be even better and stretch ourselves.

Not only is she Melissa’s Mum, Joanne goes every step of the way to ensure every client is looked after and made to feel welcome, making your time with us relaxing, enjoyable and memorable for all the right reasons!
